3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available only if your IPTV service has not been activated or fails to work due to technical issues verified by our support team.
  • Once the IPTV line or account is delivered and activated, the subscription becomes non-refundable due to its digital nature.
  • If our support team fails to provide a working service within 48 hours after setup confirmation, you may request a full refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our technical team will verify your case and respond within 24 hours.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed through the same payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 3-5 business days.

5. No Refunds Under These Conditions

  • If your internet connection, device, or app configuration prevents IPTV from working properly.
  • If your Internet Service Provider (ISP) blocks or restricts IPTV connections.
  • If you have shared your IPTV credentials or line with others.
  • If you refuse troubleshooting assistance from our team.

6. Payment Safety

All transactions are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal on a separate payment page. We never store your credit card information directly on IPTVONIX servers. This protects both your funds and our platform from fraud and IPTV payment restrictions.

7. Chargebacks & Fraud

Any unauthorized chargeback after successful service delivery will result in permanent account suspension. We cooperate with payment providers to resolve disputes transparently.
