All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal on external platforms. IPTVONIX does not store or process payment information directly. Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice, but any active subscription remains valid until its expiry date.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 uptime. However, occasional maintenance or server issues may cause brief interruptions. IPTVONIX is not responsible for interruptions caused by your ISP, hardware, or regional restrictions. We guarantee full support to restore service as soon as possible.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Do not share, resell, or redistribute your IPTV line.
  • Do not use IPTVONIX services for illegal or copyrighted material.
  • Maintain a stable internet connection for optimal performance.
  • Contact support before opening disputes or chargebacks — we always assist promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

IPTVONIX is not affiliated with any television or media brand. Our service provides access to publicly available IPTV streams. IPTVONIX shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or abuses our systems. No refunds are provided in cases of policy violation or reselling activity.
